Diets, Food and Everyday Life! Is moving

So just for introduction, No I am not fat. I am over my BMI, but not by much. I am very average but I really want to be smaller. I want to weight 120. So what is the real problem? The real problem has nothing to do with weight it has to do with accountability! I know how to loose weight it is easy enough, not hard. Weight loss is something that has to do with a commitment and determination. But most importantly it is about being honest! Yeah I could say that I had a good food day and didn't eat that much but if all I ate all day was a big mac and fries with a super coke, that is way more calories than I should have in a day anyway! So here you will get to see what I am eating and hopefully what is going on in life! I am going to be honest and not hide food.
